We proudly offer a cage-free grooming environment, allowing pets to feel more comfortable and relaxed during their visit.

While we create a fun and friendly atmosphere, please remember:

Dogs will be dogs!

If your dog prefers a quieter environment or needs to be kept separate from other dogs, simply let us know before the appointment. We are happy to accommodate whenever possible.

 

During the Grooming Session

For your dog’s safety, we kindly ask that you do not distract your pet while they are being groomed.

Calling your dog’s name or trying to get their attention may cause them to:

  • Jump off the grooming table.
  • Become anxious or overly excited.
  • Move unexpectedly, increasing the risk of injury.

Your pet’s safety and well-being are always our highest priority.

Health & Vaccination Recommendations

To help keep all pets healthy, we strongly recommend:

  • Keeping your dog vaccinated against Kennel Cough (Bordetella).
  • Using flea and tick prevention on a regular basis.

Although we thoroughly clean and sanitize our salon every day, we cannot control everything that enters the shop. Every pet owner is responsible for maintaining their dog’s vaccinations and preventative care, just as we do for the pets in our care.

 

Appointment Guidelines

To help us provide the best service possible, please remember:

  • Arrive on time for your appointment.
  • Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, behavioral concerns, or special grooming requirements.
  • Pick up your pet promptly once grooming is complete.
  • We appreciate your patience during busy periods, as every pet receives individualized care and attention.
